Founded by Jack Karraker, Kairos draws on years of experience in education, athletics, youth programming, and camp operations.
As Camp Director and Operations Lead for Bulldog Baseball Camps, Fresno State Baseball's youth camp program, Jack managed program development, district coordination, staffing, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
That hands-on experience informs Kairos's approach to building practical, scalable programming solutions.
